We were asked to provide some finishing touches to this modern, stunning home before it was launched onto the market. 

We carried out some de-cluttering, utilising the client’s own furniture, artwork and accessories. We finished off the bedrooms by adding luxury bedding and cushions. 

In less than a month, after competitive budding, a sale was agreed at 7.4% over the guide price.
