This lovely cottage had some excellent features such as a new garden room and conservatory, but some of the other rooms needed finishing touches before it was launched to the market.

We helped the vendors to declutter and redecorate where needed. We then added some keys pieces of furniture and accessories, working with what was already in the house, to give it a polished look.

In less than a week of the cottage being on the market, an acceptable offer was made over the guide price.
