This beautiful period farmhouse had lots of charm but lacked an inviting feel. Before the vendors put the property on the market, they asked us to help de-clutter and stage the property in order to help showcase it at its best.
Once de-cluttered, we carried out some re-decorating, including painting the kitchen walls in a more neutral shade in order to brighten the space. We also utilised some of the vendors furniture and incorporated it with our own, making the rooms feel warm, cosy and inviting. In less than 2 weeks of being on the market, an offer over the guide price was made.
