As 2024 draws to a close, we at Lemon and Lime Interiors want to reflect on how our work has been strategically aligned to support estate agents like you in delivering faster sales, enhancing property value, and building stronger client relationships. This year, we’ve sharpened our focus on partnerships and innovation—all with the goal of helping agents like you thrive in an increasingly competitive market.

Strengthening Our Partnerships to Benefit Your Business

This year, we’ve prioritised building partnerships that directly enhance the services we offer to estate agents and their clients. Our collaborations with leading brands such as Castle Fine Art, Arlo & Jacob, and James Mayor Home ensure that the properties you list have access to high-quality, tailored furnishings and décor that buyers love.

We’ve also streamlined logistics through new partnerships with Abels Removals and Lumon, helping to simplify storage, delivery, and international payment processes. These enhancements mean smoother transactions and more seamless staging services for your clients, freeing up your time to focus on closing deals.

Additionally, we’ve sponsored key industry conferences—including those hosted by Fine & Country, Jackson-Stops, and eXp—to foster relationships and gain insights that keep us ahead of industry trends. By staying connected, we’re better positioned to share tools, strategies, and innovations that benefit estate agents across the country.

Driving Results That Matter to You

Our team’s work has transformed countless properties this year, from compact apartments to rambling farmhouses. Staged properties consistently sell faster and at higher prices—a key selling point for agents seeking to maximise their listings’ potential. In some cases, our projects have even featured on TV and will be spotlighted in upcoming programmes in 2025, unique marketing opportunities for high-profile properties.

Some of our favourites staging projects this year include:

Pavello

1 The Common

Doannee House

In December 2023, we secured £250,000 in business funding to expand our services. This investment has allowed us to grow our team of staging professionals nationwide this year, ensuring that more agents and home owners across the UK can benefit from our expertise. Whether it’s a quick turnaround for a key listing or a tailored strategy for a premium property, we’re here to make your job easier and your results stronger.

Insights and Education for Estate Agents

Empowering estate agents is at the heart of our mission. This year, Elaine Penhaul’s second book, How to Sell Your House, became an Amazon bestseller, offering practical advice on preparing homes for market and negotiating the best deals. This resource is an invaluable tool for agents looking to guide their clients effectively.

We’ve also expanded our Lemon and Lime Staging Group, providing workshops, group coaching, and one-on-one sessions to help new stagers refine their skills and grow their businesses. By investing in education, we’re helping create a credible, sustainable industry changing the face of property marketing in the UK.

Commitment to Sustainability: A Shared Value

In an industry where sustainability is increasingly important, Lemon and Lime Interiors is proud to lead by example. This year, we offset 17.3 tons of CO2 by planting trees in Senegal and Tanzania through Tree-Nation.

Continuing our annual tradition, instead of sending gifts and Christmas cards this year, we’ve once again chosen to support Staunton Harold Sailability Trust by making a Christmas donation. Staunton Harold Sailability Trust provides sailing opportunities for people of all abilities, including children and adults with disabilities. We’re proud to support this organisation that promotes inclusion and fosters a love of the sport all year round. Our annual contribution helps remove barriers to participation, allowing families to experience the joy and benefits of sailing.

The Sailability Trust has achieved remarkable success this year. Here are some highlights:

  • Hosted nine on-water sessions, welcoming over 350 participants and 20 new families.
  • Funded a free introductory session, opening doors to sailing for everyone.
  • Invested in a new sail for their boat “Rudolph,” ensuring safe and enjoyable experiences.
  • Expanded their fleet with an additional boat, making sailing more accessible for families.
  • Gained recognition by the Rotary Club of Ashby Castle, solidifying their vital role in the community.

Recognising Excellence: Elevating the Industry’s Profile

Elaine Penhaul’s expertise has been widely recognised this year, with features in The Sunday Times, Ideal Home, and other leading publications. Her speaking engagements, including internationally at the inaugural Australian Home Staging conference, have positioned Lemon and Lime Interiors as a global leader in staging.

We’re particularly proud of the industry awards we’ve won this year, including Creative Entrepreneur of the Year for the Midlands at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards. These accolades reflect our dedication to advancing the home staging industry and, by extension, supporting estate agents like you in achieving exceptional results.

Looking Ahead to 2025: Partnering for Success

As we enter 2025, our focus remains firmly on helping estate agents succeed. From expanding our reach to refining our strategies, we’re committed to providing innovative staging solutions that deliver measurable results. We’re also excited to strengthen our partnerships with agents and industry leaders, ensuring that together we can meet the demands of an ever-evolving market.

Let’s work together to make 2025 a year of growth, innovation, and success for your business. Lemon and Lime Interiors is here to support you every step of the way.
