Merry Christmas from the Lemon and Lime team

 

 

 

This year we have seen the Queen turn 90, Leicester win the Premier League and The Great British Bake Off announce that it’s moving to Channel 4!

Here at Lemon and Lime we have also had a busy year. Grab a glass of fizz, put your feet up and have a read through what we have been up to in 2016.

 

 

We transformed over 60 properties this year

Take a look back at some of our most successful transformations that we were involved with from the year.

 

 

 

 

Waldley House – A fabulous 6 bedroom home which sat on the market unfurnished for a year. After enlisting our help we furnished all of the rooms and the property sold over the weekend before reaching Rightmove, for a price close to the asking price.

 

The Corner House – A stunning 6 bedroom character property which needed a refresh ready for sale. The owner had moved out and therefore the house was left unfurnished. We furnished and dressed to help buyers imagine the lifestyle the house could offer. The property sold within 3 weeks of being returned to the market.

 

99 Main Street – This property was quite dated throughout which put off potential buyers from viewing the property. We were asked to dress the property and to keep costs down we made use of some of the existing pieces of furniture. This property sold within 2 weeks of being on the market.

 

 

A new office and opening party

We moved to our lovely new office in August 2016, set in the heart of Melbourne village. Once we had put our Lemon and Lime stamp on it, we welcomed everyone in for our opening party.

We kept our doors open for Melbourne’s Christmas late night shopping event

 

We launched our Christmas Decorating Service
