As a business, we encourage all of our employees to maintain a healthy lifestyle and take part in regular exercise, not only for their physical health but also to maintain a healthy mental well being. Due to the current situation, we are unable to attend our usual yoga session. Instead, our classes at Andra Health have now been made available virtually which is great for our team! Everyone can log in via Skype and take part in the class whether they are in their living room, garden or bedroom!

Below we have shared the information from Andra Health on how to sign up and join the classes online if this is something you are interested in for yourself or your employees.

Information 

Classes are LIVE with an instructor – you can choose to have your microphone & video on to interact with your instructor and be corrected, or you can choose to be silent and have nobody watch you, it’s your choice. Sessions are for mixed ability and anyone is welcome. You can take part from the comfort of your own home and pets are more than welcome to join in!

Sessions run over Skype and you’ll be emailed a link beforehand to access the class. All you need is a comfortable space at home, 1 hour of time, a device to access the session (phone, laptop tablet), some comfy clothes and you’re set!

Class cost- £8 per session

Block booking packages and subscriptions are also available to purchase online if you want to do regular classes.
