Project Lead (Logistics and Staging)

• Location – Stockport
• Full time 37.5hrs– must have flexibility in hours due to project requirements
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• £23k-£25k depending on experience
• 28 days annual leave including bank holidays

Lemon and Lime Interiors provide Home Staging services to clients across the UK, the projects vary from new build developments to period lived in homes. The main office and warehouse are based in Melbourne, South Derbyshire and the second warehouse is located in Stockport.

The role we are recruiting for is a ‘Project Lead’ to perform logistics, admin and staging duties from the Stockport, Greater Manchester warehouse. As part of this role, there is a requirement to travel to and from properties so it is essential that the applicant has their own car, a valid driving licence and be insured for business use.

The environment we work in can be fast paced. We may be sending out several projects a week and we work on very short timelines. The ability to work quickly, accurately and cheerfully under pressure is essential. The applicant must also have flexibility in hours due to project requirements. You will have training and support from our very experienced Derbyshire team.

What you will be doing

New Instruction Tasks

• Allocate all furniture, art and accessories from stock
• Liaise with Sales Team for sign off on choices of furniture etc
• Check ordered stock has arrived. Unbox and put into stock
• Use our inventory system, barcode tag new items
• Plan and coordinate logistics
• Produce check list for loading the removal van
• Deliver the furniture to property and direct removals team on positioning of furniture
• Staging and styling at projects where required

Post Installation Tasks

• Upload property photos to file
• Act on feedback received from dressing team/client/HQ
• Finalise inventory list and amend if necessary
• Use the inventory system to produce detailed price lists

Collection and close of job tasks

• Plan and coordinate logistics
• Ensure inventory system is complete

Warehouse tasks

• Carry out regular stock take
• Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse – identify and any stock which requires mending or painting
• Ensure the operation of the warehouse is compliant with our H&S policy at all times

We are looking for someone who is;

• Highly organised
• A team player but also confident working alone
• Has a good interior style ‘eye’
• Able to work quickly and accurately using cloud-based inventory, CRM and storage systems
• Comfortable with producing PowerPoint presentations and basic spreadsheets
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
