December – National Housing Market Update

In a year dominated by Brexit, the housing market has remained remarkably resilient. Annual growth remains in positive territory across much of the country. In 2020, forecasts are based on a series of assumptions relating to our future relationship with Europe, so all we can say is that 2020 is set to be another interesting year for the property market.
