RCIS – UK Residential Market Survey (June)

The latest set of results (covering June 2019) for the RICS Residential Market Survey are consistent with a somewhat stable trend beginning to emerge.  Although much of the anecdotal commentary remains a little downbeat, contributors actually reported (in net balance terms) a very modest rise in buyer demand whilst new instructions to sell have also held steady over the month.
